Mary Emory

Mary E. Emory, 78, of Bismarck passed away Monday, February 16, 2015. Mary was born September 28, 1936 in Lecompte, LA to Hale and Willie Norris. Family was everything to Mary, she loved her husband with all her heart, and took care of everyone she could. She loved to cook, crochet, and read.

Mary is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Earl L. Emory Jr.; daughter, Sheila Bierden; three brothers; and four sisters.

Mary is survived by her son, Lenard (Sharon) Emory of Bismarck; daughters, Gail (Gordan) Aughenbaugh of Bismarck, and Janet (Greg) Bledsoe Edwards of LA; brother, Grover Norris of LA; sister, JoAnn Harmon of LA; nine grandchildren, Monica and Terri Onishea, Sue and Jacob Whitten, Mindy and Bob Daniels, Carol and Chad Hall, Chris and Krysten Smith, Justin and Ashley Bierden, Nickie and Stephen Cortez, Jennifer and Charlie Marsh, and Louis Wayne Emory; twenty seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
